Semester Classes

Terms of use

Effective October 10, 2026

Purpose

Semester Classes is an independent coursework-organizing template for Google Sheets. It is intended to help you track assignments and estimate progress. It is not an official school gradebook.

Your copy and settings

Make a personal copy before entering coursework. You are responsible for the information you enter, your spreadsheet’s sharing settings, and matching grading weights and cutoffs to your syllabus. Avoid entering information you are not authorized to store or share.

Grade estimates

Grade and GPA estimates depend on your entries and settings. Blank scores are skipped and confirmed zeros count. Always check deadlines and final grades against your instructor’s official records.

Availability and changes

The template and its tools may be updated. Google’s services, authorization requirements, and limits can affect availability. Keep a backup of important coursework information before making substantial changes.

Privacy and support

The privacy policy explains how the tracker handles information. For help or questions about these terms, contact tlamovsky@student.ysu.edu.
